We strive to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in design, color, texture, and materials may occur.
All product descriptions, images, availability, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
4. Handmade and Custom Orders
Each piece of photography and each handmade frame or nest is unique, crafted with care and attention to detail. Our products are meticulously photographed throughout the creative process and through packaging for shipment. What you see is exactly what you receive.
No two products will be identical due to the use of natural materials and the handcrafting process. Custom orders may require additional lead times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Artwork & Bookmark Aesthetic Variations
Certain products may include a “matching bookmark” paired with a corresponding piece of artwork. Because bookmarks are often designed prior to final artwork revisions, minor visual or stylistic differences may occur between the bookmark and the artwork it accompanies.
By purchasing any product that includes a matching bookmark, you acknowledge and accept that:
the bookmark and artwork may not be identical in design, color tones, or layout;
the bookmark may reflect an earlier design stage of the artwork;
such differences do not qualify as defects, misrepresentations, or grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
These variations are intentional and are part of the authenticity and handcrafted nature of Zephyr Faith Crafts collections.
6. Payment Terms
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize Zephyr Faith Crafts to charge the provided payment method for the full order total.
Zephyr Faith Crafts does not store credit card information on its servers. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the fifty (50) United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the Website at the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary by location.
Zephyr Faith Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt at ca**@***************ts.com, including clear photographs of the damage. These images will be compared against our photographic documentation taken throughout the creative and packaging process.
After review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds page for additional details.
9. Intellectual Property, Images, and Copyright Protection
All content on this Website – including but not limited to photographs, product images, process images, artwork, designs, text, layouts, graphics, branding elements, and visual compositions—is the exclusive intellectual property of Zephyr Faith Crafts / ANDASIUM Inc., unless otherwise stated.
