(Revised with Zephyr-Tested Method)
When your Zephyr Faith Crafts print arrives, you may notice a gentle curl to the paper. This is completely normal.
To protect your artwork during transit, prints are carefully rolled for shipping. Fine art paper naturally retains this curve at first, but it relaxes beautifully with a simple, proven method.
We recommend placing your print on a clean, flat surface. Lay a soft cloth over the artwork, then gently rest a large book on top, ensuring even coverage. After 24–48 hours, the paper will fully relax and lay flat.
Once matted or framed, the curl disappears entirely. This process preserves the integrity of the paper and protects your artwork from creases or surface damage during shipping.
As always, we are here if you have any questions. Your Zephyr artwork is created with care — and meant to be enjoyed for years to come.
With gratitude,
The Zephyr Faith Crafts Family
